Booking a stay with Rosebud Motel you are agreeing to all our Policies.
Here at Rosebud Motel your health and safety are our number one priority.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Guests are to pay for their stay. Before the start date of the cancellation period or your booking may be cancelled, please refer to your booking for dates.
Guests are responsible for following our check in and check out times.
Early check in and late check in are sometimes available for additional costs.
Changes to your arrival are departure MUST be arranged 1 day in Advance.
Reception times are subject to change on public holidays weekends and festive seasons.
Check in: 14:00 – 18:00 pm
Check-in can also be arranged from 18:00 – 20:00 pm (Must contact Reception one day Before check in if this is required.)
Check out: Up to 10:00 am
On the morning of your departure our staff are obliged to check your room for any breakages or damage before finalizing payment, as repairs or replacement will be deducted from your bond or credit card.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept MasterCard and Visa and cash.
RATES
Rosebud Motel rates vary by room combination, room availability,
- Weekday to weekends Rates may vary.
- Public holidays or major events Rates may vary.
- During periods of high demand Rates may vary.
- Check Outs are not facilitated on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day. You may incur extra costs, please talk to reception before booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type and season.
Other cancellations made 14 days before arrival date are subject to:
- No refund
- Receive a credit (Depending on booking type), which is valid for 1-year.
Please be advised that rebooking may incur additional charges also subject room availability, can only be used by the original person or company.
- Booking in Peak time cancellations time is minimum 40 days before

ACCOMMODATION REQUIREMENTS
- The minimum age for check-in is 18.
- ID Must be provided for cheek in
- No additional guests allowed unless approved otherwise.
- No additional Vehicles allowed unless approved otherwise.
- Only 1 car park space per room booked.
- No Pets on sight allowed.
- Quiet time starts at 9:30pm
- No bad behaviour or disrespect excepted.
- No loud music be mindful of other guests.
- Swimming pool rules must always be followed.
- Common guest’s areas Please be mindful of other guests.
- No more than room bed sleeping capacity allowed in rooms.
- No party in rooms and noise pollution allowed in rooms.
- Staining linen or towels will incur costs.
- No smoking or vaping in rooms or common areas.
- No Shisha Pipe Smoking in rooms or onsite.
- No gas cooker or coal BBQ to be used onsite.
- No washing out boat or Jet ski motors onsite allowed.
For all oversized vehicles, trucks, boats and trailers can fit onsite but must be booked in advance to ensure parking has been allocated for you.

- If you have a Truck, please contact reception before booking.
- If you have a trailer, please contact reception before booking.
- If you have a Boat or jet ski, please contact reception before booking.
- There is space in front of the motel for semi-trailers to park safely
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
- Additional Guests are not permitted to use Motel common areas, unless confirmed by management.
- The capacity of guests for each room varies according to how Guests booked their stay, not room bed combinations.
- Unless confirmed by management, no additional guests can stay without paying a fee. If guests do not pay for additional occupancy, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
Rosebud Motel is a family style Motel. Our guest’s health and safety is our number one priority. Safety and Respect of other guests is always required.
Failing to follow Rosebud Motel house rules may lead to being asked to leave without been refunded for the time you have booked to stay.
Damage responsibility falls on the customer who booked the accommodation even if the damage is done by their guests. This includes the cost of repair and replacement of products.
